Capital Allowances Assistant Manager responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property inspections across the UK to support the preparation of capital allowances claims
- Undertaking capital allowances due diligence in respect of property acquisitions and disposals
- Provide advice to clients on capital allowances issues arising from property acquisitions, disposals, and developments
- Supporting business development initiatives, including participation in sales pitches, marketing activities, and client proposal preparation
- Taking responsibility for undertaking valuations of land, buildings and plant and machinery, and for the preparation of claims and reports that can be substantiated to HMRC
As a Capital Allowances Assistant Manager you will be/have:
- CTA qualified
- Over 4 years’ Corporate Tax experience
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Exposure to assisting on advisory projects
- Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
