Responsibilities As a Capital Allowances Assistant Manager you will:

Lead and support the delivery of comprehensive Capital Allowances claims across sectors including tech, real estate, retail, and healthcare.

Conduct detailed site visits and technical property surveys to identify qualifying expenditure and maximise tax relief.

Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with clients to understand their projects and commercial goals inside out.

Collaborate with internal Tax and Audit teams across multiple regions to deliver cohesive, multi-disciplinary advice.

Identify and evaluate opportunities to uplift existing claims and proactively spot new business development leads.

Draft high-quality technical reports and manage the claim process from initial feasibility through to final submission.
As a Capital Allowances Assistant Manager you will:

Hold specialist experience in preparing and managing detailed Capital Allowances claims within a professional practice or specialist consultancy.

Demonstrate a robust understanding of current UK tax legislation and its specific application to property-related capital expenditure.
