Client Manager responsibilities

Full management of a diverse client portfolio including individuals, sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all client queries, providing proactive business advice and identifying value-add opportunities.
Planning, delegating, and reviewing the work of junior colleagues across accounts, tax, VAT, and management reporting.
Actively contributing to the growth of the firm through business development and the mentoring of junior staff members.

As the successful candidate you will

Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience within a UK accountancy practice.
Demonstrate a proven track record of reviewing technical work and supervising the development of junior team members.
Possess strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to changing deadlines.
Be a confident communicator, comfortable meeting clients face-to-face to build long-term professional relationships.
