Are you a Corporate Finance Manager or Corporate Associate Director seeking a move to a Boutique Corporate Finance firm in London?

Our client is a leading Corporate Finance Boutique, and their London team is growing due to the success of the business. Due to having an incredibly busy 2023/24, they are looking for someone to hit the ground running, so you will need to bring strong experience with you. They are looking for candidates at Manager, Senior Manager and Director level

Their deal size is generally £10-100m, typically sell side focused, and sector agnostic. The team deal with a wide variety of deals, and clients, so this is a great role for someone wanting to really have the autonomy to help build out the future of the business under experienced MD’s and Directors

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Worked in M&A  c+6 years
• An industry relevant qualification e.g ACA, ACCA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with significant experience and the right fit with the company’s culture
• The capability to manage the day to day running of the team and their future development
