You will be an integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team that supports and advises a range of interesting, expanding and entrepreneurial companies and their owners who operate in a range of sectors, such as technology, retail, hospitality, professional services, manufacturing and construction.

Corporate Tax Assistant Manager advisory assignments will include:

Transfer pricing
Group reorganisations
R&D tax relief
M&A and complex international tax matters

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager you will:

Be ACA, CA and/or CTA qualified.
Have experience of managing a busy corporate tax or mixed tax portfolio
Demonstrate confidence in being the first point of contact for clients
Be keen to supervise and develop more junior members of staff
Have a strong compliance background and either experience of, or aptitude towards advisory work
