As a Employment Tax Senior Manager you will:

Lead business development initiatives, pitch pursuits, and proposal deliveries for employment tax advisory services.
Manage and deliver complex employment tax compliance and technical consulting projects across a broad range of industry sectors.
Advise clients on high-profile transactions, equity plan structures, and reward framework risk mitigations.
Oversee engagement delivery teams, delegate assignments effectively, and mentor junior staff to drive practice growth.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a CTA or ATT qualification (or equivalent professional tax credential).
Demonstrate deep technical expertise in employment tax issues including IR35, PAYE, RTI, P11Ds/PSAs, National Minimum Wage, CIS, and CCO.
Possess a proven track record in client pitch conversion, business development, and senior stakeholder management within consulting, legal, or large corporate environments.
