As a Corporate Tax Director you will:

Develop relationships and new business opportunities with the support of the Head of Department and other staff to provide a range of tax and other services.

Take overall responsibility and accountability for a group of clients, utilising excellent technical expertise to deal with challenging technical issues.

Work with internal fee-earning partners to develop the go-to-market strategy and contribute to the management of the department and office.

Encourage and develop associate directors and other staff members, providing coaching and mentoring to support their growth.

Ensure excellent client service while minimising conduct risk and leading relationship management with clients to develop new business from current and new client bases.
As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA, with several years of post-qualification experience in corporation tax.

Demonstrate strong UK tax technical skills and the ability to analyse tax technical queries to provide robust advice and solutions.

Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and monitor budgets.

Exhibit a clear client focus with a commitment to building strong client relationships and responsibility for delivery and quality of work.

Collaborate effectively with different teams and display coaching and mentoring skills to develop other team members.

A 35-hour working week with a hybrid working policy offering the flexibility to work from home for up to 3 days per week (core hours 10-4).
