Corporate Tax Manager – Leeds – Top 20 Firm

Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:

Group tax planning, property planning, capital allowances, CFC and residency matters, corporate interest restriction, R&D tax credits and s455 tax planning.
Tax accounting will also be an essential part of the role.
Work closely with the Partner on stand-alone tax advisory projects.
Structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support and due diligence.

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

Be CTA qualified
Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
Have worked on advisory projects
Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
