Corporate Tax Partner Position - City of London - Leading Accountancy Firm

Corporate Tax Partner responsibilities will include:

Providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a variety of clients
Work with owner-managed businesses on a range of tax matters, including exit planning, remuneration planning, share scheme advice, and company reorganisations and reconstructions
Prepare proposals for new work, including researching target client companies and on technical issues to identify new solutions
Build strong relationships with clients, taking a hands-on approach to managing their tax affairs
Work closely with the firm's leadership team, contributing to the growth and development of the business

As a Corporate Tax Partner - you will:

Be CTA qualified
Have over 9 years' Corporate Tax experience
Extensive knowledge and experience working on a varied and large portfolio of clients
Experience with complex clients and managing client relationships
Excellent business development and networking skills with a proven track record winning work and expanding the tax offering
Have excellent staff management skills
Have experience of on-boarding new clients including leading projects and providing training
