Corporate Tax Senior Manager responsibilities include:
- Group tax planning, property planning, capital allowances, CFC and residency matters, corporate interest restriction, R&D tax credits and s455 tax planning.
- Tax accounting will also be an essential part of the role.
- Work closely with the Partner on stand-alone tax advisory projects.
- Structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support and due diligence.
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:
- Be CTA qualified
- Have over 7 years’ Corporate Tax experience
- Extensive experience working on a portfolio of clients
- Experience identifying opportunities for business development
- Experience managing a team undertaking a leadership
