Corporate Tax Senior Manager responsibilities include:
- A key role in providing comprehensive tax services to a range of clients, from corporate groups and private equity-backed businesses to large owner-managed businesses (OMBs).
- Oversee complex compliance tasks, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to high-value advisory projects.
- Providing strategic tax advice, including R&D claims, group restructures, and M&A transactions
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client queries and offering valuable tax insights
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:
- Be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
- Have over 8 years’ Corporate Tax experience
- Extensive experience working on a portfolio of clients
- Experience identifying opportunities for business development
- Experience managing a team undertaking a leadership
