Corporate Tax Senior Manager responsibilities include:

•  A key role in providing comprehensive tax services to a range of clients, from corporate groups and private equity-backed businesses to large owner-managed businesses (OMBs).
• Oversee complex compliance tasks, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to high-value advisory projects.
• Providing strategic tax advice, including R&D claims, group restructures, and M&A transactions
• Serving as the primary point of contact for client queries and offering valuable tax insights
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:

• Be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
• Have over 8 years’ Corporate Tax experience
• Extensive experience working on a portfolio of clients
• Experience identifying opportunities for business development
• Experience managing a team undertaking a leadership
