Financial Reporting Manager responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of clients as well as maintaining good relationships with them, offering a high quality service
Reviewing Statutory financial statements, consolidation models and cash flow workings under a range of accounting frameworks including FRS 102 and IFRS
Reviewing the work of junior members of the team and providing constructive feedback to enable the development and improvident of their technical ability
Leading on ad hoc advisory projects for complex technical areas, reporting directly to the partner
Identifying and developing business and sales opportunities with new and existing clients

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience with strong exposure to financial reporting advisory assignments
Be experienced in working with large and complex clients
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
