Financial Services Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities will include:

Being responsible for the delivery of management accounts for a small portfolio of clients.
Preparing management accounts for more complex clients which are technically accurate.
Preparing VAT returns and liaison with clients/ VAT team over any issues.
Preparing mid-month clients packs.
Reviewing financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS.
Maintaining fixed asset register- processing invoices, calculating and posting depreciation journals.
Preparing standard KPI dashboards from the client’s accounting system, using templates.
Preparing simple budgets for clients’ management purposes only by extrapolating last year’s data and making minor adjustments.

As a Financial Services Outsourcing Assistant Manager you will be/have:

ACA or ACCA Qualified
Over 18 month’ post-qualified experience of reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
The first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
