As a Business Services Manager you will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, overseeing workload allocation, career progression, and individual performance reviews.
Manage a strategic client portfolio across various sectors, delivering full compliance management alongside statutory accounts oversight.
Present key performance indicators, management reports, and commercial insights directly to business owners during regular strategic advisory meetings.
Oversee commercial portfolio performance, including WIP, billing processes, and resource utilisation across the department.
Drive cross-departmental business development opportunities by identifying client service expansion needs.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a full ACA or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 2 years' management experience within a business services environment.
Demonstrate a strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing junior accounting staff.
Possess strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing portfolio WIP and billing operations.
