As an Outsourcing Senior you will:

Prepare and review VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with current UK regulations and tax requirements.
Prepare and analyse management accounts in collaboration with offshore delivery partners to support client financial decision-making.
Support task allocation across the team while providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
Participate in tailored cash flow forecasting projects to provide strategic financial planning insights to growing businesses.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a professional accountancy qualification (such as AAT or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in key accounting software, particularly Xero and Excel, with exposure to modern tools like Dext, Silverfin, or Syft.
Possess hands-on experience collaborating with offshore delivery partners within a modern, distributed work model.

What You’ll Receive

37.5-hour standard working week with core working hours between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working model with up to 50% of your time across the month home-based and the remainder office based.
