Private Client Tax Director – Top 20 Firm – City

Are you a Private Client Tax Director or Senior Manager who enjoys advisory work and business development?

Our client, a leading Top 20 firm based in the City, is seeking to recruit a Private Client Tax Director to support the growth of their Private Client Tax team with a headcount of around 20. The role will have a strong business development focus and will lean more towards the advisory side.

The client base of the portfolio includes HNWIs including well-known names within the sports & entertainment industries, as well as entrepreneurs with a strong financial services focus. This role will suit you if you have a solid background in business development and advisory focused work but do not want to take responsibility for staff management as this is done by other members of the team and are looking to drive the success of your business unit.

As a Private Client Tax Director you will be/have:

CTA or ACA or (STEP) qualified
Over 9 years’ Personal Tax experience
Experience working on a varied, large portfolio of clients consisting of directors of owner-managed businesses, HNWI's, entrepreneurs, non-UK domiciled individuals and non-resident clients.
Extensive personal tax advisory experience
Experience with complex clients and managing client relationships
Proven business development skills

35-hour week

10am-4pm core hours
hybrid working (50% working from home)
