Private Client Tax Manager responsibilities

Deliver high-level tax advisory and complex planning projects for a diverse portfolio of private clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, overseeing work planning and driving the long-term development of the department.
Act as the primary client contact in place of the Partner, ensuring the delivery of first-class, market-leading services.
Lead business development initiatives, including proposal writing and building a robust referral network to grow the private client tax offering.

As the successful candidate you will

Be CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified with significant experience in a professional practice environment.
Possess strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate a team and manage department risks.
Demonstrate a track record of identifying planning opportunities and securing new business through networking.
Have expert technical knowledge of current tax legislation and the ability to sign off on high-risk tax returns.
