Service Charge Accountant - North-West London - Mid-Tier Sized Firm

Are you a Service Charge Accountant looking to develop your career within a fast-growing firm in North West London or even work remotely?

Our client, a medium sized accountancy firm based in North West London, are looking to recruit a Service Charge Auditor/Accountant as part of a phase of significant growth.

Service Charge Accountant responsibilities include:

Preparation and completion of service charge audits under supervision within the Service Charge and Accounts Departments.
Liaising with agents and client staff to complete assignments and clear queries.
Completing all work assigned within budget to the required quality with minimal unresolved queries.
Preparing service charge accounts in line with the latest guidance and specific to each agent / client requirements.
Preparing fully compliant associated company accounts.
Full completion of workings file, preparation of draft accounts and letter of representation.

As a Service Charge Accountant you will:

Have at least 2 years relevant experience within practice and within the service charge department.
Demonstrate knowledge of TECH 03/11.
