Tax Manager responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact for complex tax advisory and compliance queries.
Deliver innovative tax solutions for OMBs, covering Income Tax, Corporation Tax, CGT, and IHT.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy and professional development within the Halesworth team.
Support business development initiatives and cross-selling services to optimize the financial success of the client base.

As the successful candidate you will

Be CTA Qualified or possess equivalent significant experience within a professional tax environment.
Demonstrate extensive practical experience with OMB tax issues, including corporate and personal tax planning.
Have a proven track record of managing client relationships and identifying creative solutions to complex technical issues.
Exhibit a "can-do" approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage work-in-progress and billing targets effectively.
