Tax Senior – Part-Time or Full TIme – Radlett, Hertfordshire – Friendly, Local Practice
Are you a Tax Senior seeking a part-time tax role in Radlett with flexibility?
Do you have a background working as a Tax Senior or Semi-Senior and looking for a flexible role locally in a small friendly firm of accountants?
Our client a small firm of Accountants are in the process of relocating to Radlett and are recruiting a new team.
Due to the location of our client this role would suit a Personal Tax Senior who is relatively local and would suit someone looking for a better work life balance who has a minimum of three years’ experience in personal tax in a practice environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who could be looking to return to work following parental leave or needs a shorter working week due to other commitments.
Tax Senior responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, self-employed individuals, property investors and a handful of non-domiciled clients.
- Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns and computations.
- P11d returns
- ATED returns
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and providing proactive advice to clients.
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring compliance.
Requirements for a Tax Senior include:
- Ideally ATT qualified or QBE
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
