Transaction Tax Director – Derby – Top 30 Firm

They are recruiting for a Transactions Tax Director in their Derby office!
Transaction Tax Director responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact within the Firm for the client
- Leading due diligence meetings with clients
- Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients
As a Transaction Tax Director, you will be/have:
- ACA or CTA qualified
- Over 9 years’ Deals Tax Experience including
- Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues
- Expertise with client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries
- Extensive experience Leading on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
- Excellent staff management skills
