Transaction Tax Manager / Senior Manager responsibilities will include:

Leading on complex tax due diligence, structuring and advisory projects.
Run bolt-on and standard due diligence work with autonomy, while taking on more complex deals alongside senior leaders.
Reviewing and coaching junior team members
Contributing ideas to improve our approach, tools and ways of working
Leading, supporting and inspiring peers

As a Transaction Tax Manager / Senior Manager you will be/have:

ACA or CTA qualified
Over 5 years’ Deals Tax Experience including
Experience managing a portfolio of clients dealing with the compliance and advisory
Experience on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
