With a deep focus on mid-market businesses as well as large, listed clients the firm offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of assignments in a collaborative and partner-led environment. They are recruiting for a Transactions Tax Associate Director in their state-of-the-art office in Liverpool!
Transactions Tax Associate Director responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other director/partners
- Leading due diligence meetings with clients
- Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients
As a Transactions Tax Associate Director, you will be/have:
- ACA or CTA qualified
- Over 7 years’ Deals Tax Experience including
- Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues
- Experience with client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries
- Leading on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
- Staff management experience
