US/UK Cross Border Tax Senior Manager – Big Four Firm – London

US/UK Cross Border Tax Senior Manager responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality service, overseeing compliance standards, and ensuring risk is effectively managed.
- Plan, delegate, and review work to meet deadlines, conduct complex final reviews, and sign off tax returns in line with senior agreements.
- Lead billing and collaborate with Credit Control to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
- Coach and develop junior staff, support performance management with HR where needed, and collaborate across teams while upholding professional standards and organisational values.
As a US/UK Cross Border Tax Senior Manager you will be/have:
- CTA qualified
- Over 7 years’ Expatriate/Global Mobility Tax experience
- Managing an extensive and varied portfolio of expatriate clients, in charge of the delivery of compliance and advisory
- Experience overseeing and reviewing compliance work
- Working on and identifying tax projects
- Staff management skills
