VAT Director

VAT Director – Norwich – Top 40 Firm

Are you a VAT Associate Director or Director looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to work for a Top 40 accountancy firm in the East of England?

Our client is a growing and strong performing top 40 firm that has remained in the league tables through organic growth of their business as well as acquisitions of several smaller offices. The firm offers excellent progression opportunities at all levels. Whilst they have a broad range of client sectors across the firm, they have recently focused on building on the key market sectors of Technology, Media, Hospitality, Education & Healthcare. These client’s turnover tends to range between £5 -20 million. They are recruiting for a VAT Director in their Norwich office!

VAT Director responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a portfolio of VAT clients responsible for the delivery of all aspects of assignments
  • Monitoring budgets and agreeing fees
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Being the main point of contact for clients

As a VAT Director will be/have:

  • ACCA or CTA qualified
  • Over 9 years’ Indirect Tax Experience
  • Extensive experience managing a portfolio of VAT clients responsible for the delivery of all aspects of assignments, identifying opportunities and managing client relationships
  • Extensive Experience for the delivery of VAT planning & advisory
  • Excellent staff management skills
