Are you a newly qualified ACA or ACCA looking for your first move into a restructuring environment?

Our client, a Corporate Recovery specialist consultancy are seeking a newly qualified ACA or ACCA to join their busy and expanding team focusing on independent business reviews (IBRs).

As the successful candidate your main duties will include:
• assisting Partners in the preparation of Independent Business Reviews (“IBR’s”), pre-lend reviews and Independent Solvency Reviews (“ISR’s”).
• preparation of reports and letters to Banks, stakeholders and other third parties.
• analysis of financial information of clients to enable a concise written synopsis of the client’s financial position.
• preparation of short term and long term financial forecasts.
• assisting the members of the Business Review team whilst on site with clients in their meetings and dealings with directors and their staff.
• attending marketing events as required and assist in promotion of the business as a whole

In order to be successful you will
• be qualified ACCA or ACA
• be highly numerate and have excellent oral and written communication skills
• be client focused with the ability to establish effective working relationships
• have strong commercial acumen and market awareness
