As an Accounts Manager you will:

Own and actively manage a dedicated client portfolio with a high level of direct client responsibility, acting as the primary point of contact to minimise partner involvement.
Oversee your team's wider portfolios and spearhead strategic workflow management to ensure seamless engagement delivery and optimal resource allocation.
Drive business development by identifying new service opportunities within your portfolio and escalating complex technical matters to Directors or Partners.
Take full accountability for delivering revenue and profitability targets while ensuring the consistent execution of high-quality advice.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
Demonstrate proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio across a variety of industry sectors within a public practice environment.
Possess a strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing junior staff members to foster team progression.
