As an Accounts Manager you will:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, charities, and limited companies, ensuring the timely delivery of financial statements and tax returns.
Coordinate the internal flow of work and resource requirements to ensure all deliverables are completed within budget and according to strict deadlines.
Provide technical mentorship to junior staff members, assisting in their development and the expansion of their professional capabilities.
Prepare complex year-end accounts and schedules for tax and VAT returns in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

As the successful candidate you will:

Be ACA or ACCA qualified.
Possess strong experience working within a general practice accountancy environment.
Have the ability to travel to client premises and between offices as required.
