Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of complex financial restructuring mandates

• Oversee the development of detailed financial models to evaluate capital structures, liquidity profiles, and recovery scenarios.

• Drive the preparation of high-impact pitch books, lender presentations, and internal committee memoranda.

• Manage multi-stakeholder communication, coordinating between legal counsel, rating agencies, and creditor groups.

• Conduct in-depth credit analysis and industry research to identify potential restructuring opportunities and market trends.

As an Associate you will:

• Play a central role in transaction management, ensuring all workstreams are executed accurately and under tight deadlines.

• Mentor and provide technical oversight to Analysts, ensuring the highest quality of financial analysis and presentation materials.

• Build strong internal relationships across the M&A and Capital Markets teams to provide holistic advice to distressed clients.

• Develop a deep understanding of UK and international insolvency frameworks to advise on optimal execution strategies.

• Participate actively in client meetings, contributing to the delivery of strategic advice and negotiation tactics.

Ideally you will have:

•  At least 4 years of experience within a top-tier investment bank or boutique advisory firm
•  A proven track record in financial restructuring, debt capital markets, or leveraged finance is essential.
•  A High-level proficiency in building complex financial models, specifically
