Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of complex leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, acquisition financing, and refinancings.

• Oversee the preparation and rigorous review of financing materials, lender presentations, and offering memoranda.

• Drive engagement with loan and bond investors, rating agencies, and legal counsel to ensure seamless transaction delivery.

• Support senior bankers in the origination of new mandates by developing tailored financing ideas and capital structure solutions.

• Coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes and manage multi-stakeholder Q&A sessions.

As a Vice President you will:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Associates and Analysts, ensuring a high-performance culture.

• Lead financial modelling and capital structure analysis, ensuring 100% accuracy across all client deliverables.

• Build and maintain strong internal relationships across M&A, Sector Coverage, and ECM teams to provide integrated coverage.

• Provide expert insight on market sentiment, pricing trends, and optimal execution strategies for EMEA borrowers.

• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and quality in every aspect of client service and transaction management.
