Audit Manager responsibilities include:

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits that adhere to professional standards and meet client expectations
Managing the audit process, demonstrating an understanding of audit risks, complex accounting issues, and regulations
Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
Reviewing and providing feedback on audit work performed by the team
Managing the financial and resource aspects of audit engagements, including the team’s financial performance, billing, recovery, lockup and utilisation rates

As an Audit Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
Be experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for the academies and charities sector
