Responsibilities

As an Audit Senior you will:

Lead statutory audit assignments from planning through to completion, working with a varied portfolio of clients across Teesside and the wider North East.
Manage audit fieldwork, ensuring assignments are completed efficiently, within budget, and to a high technical standard.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the audit process, building strong professional relationships.
Prepare and review audit working papers and financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and relevant auditing standards.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior audit colleagues, providing guidance and reviewing their work.
Utilise modern audit software, including CaseWare and MyWorkPapers, to improve efficiency and audit quality.
