Responsibilities

As a Tax Director you will:

Advise high-net-worth clients and entrepreneurial businesses on a wide variety of personal, corporate, and complex tax advisory issues.
Oversee and manage the private client tax compliance function, ensuring rigorous technical accuracy and timely delivery.
Lead, allocate, and review tax assignments across the department while mentoring and developing junior and senior tax colleagues.
Partner with leadership on specialized tax projects including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and residency matters.
Organize and deliver technical tax training sessions and workshops for the wider firm.
Proactively participate in client meetings, networking events, and strategic business development initiatives.
