Responsibilities

As a Business Services Manager you will:

Manage a varied client portfolio, acting as the key point of contact and providing commercially focused advice.
Review statutory accounts, corporation tax calculations, and personal tax returns prepared by the team.
Coordinate bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounting services while maintaining exceptional compliance standards.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, Associates, and Trainees to support their technical development.
Oversee portfolio profitability, managing WIP, billing, fee proposals, and new client onboarding.
Identify advisory and cross-selling opportunities to support ongoing client success and firm growth.
