Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:

• Develop new client relationships, identifying and pursuing new opportunities from within the privately owned market. 
• Responsibility for a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned or family-owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
• Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas)
• Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the latest tax technical issues

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

• Be CTA qualified
• Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
• Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
• Have worked on advisory projects
• Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
