Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:

Develop new client relationships, identifying and pursuing new opportunities from within the privately owned market.
Responsibility for a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned or family-owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas)
Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the latest tax technical issues

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

Be CTA qualified
Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
Have worked on advisory projects
Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
