Our client is a Top 10 firm with the feel of an independent West End accountancy firm with over 900 staff in their London office this is a great place to work and to develop your career. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, monitoring WIP and billing, identifying opportunities for buy and sell side projects and attending client meetings.
Corporate Tax Senior Responsibilities will include:
- Working with partners, directors and managers on technical advisory assignments including due diligence, buy and sell side advisory projects.
- Working on a client portfolio including preparation and submission of corporation tax returns, tax disclosures for financial statements, monitoring work in progress and billing.
- Undertaking capital allowance reviews and assisting with R&D claims.
- Providing support and assistance to more junior team members to help them develop and grow.
- Liaising with HMRC in relation to client matters and dealing with enquiries from HMRC.
As a Corporate Tax Senior you will:
- Be qualified by experience, CTA qualified or part qualified
- Have a minimum of two years corporate tax experience
- Demonstrate an aptitude towards undertaking advisory assignments
- Be comfortable managing staff and communicating directly with client
