Responsibilities

Manage the efficient and successful end-to-end delivery of complex transfer pricing engagements for FTSE-listed businesses, inbound multinationals, and high-growth private clients across diverse sectors.
Advise clients across the full transfer pricing life cycle, including model design post-expansion/restructuring, high-profile transactions, and HMRC controversy/dispute resolution.
Lead the drafting of high-quality, complex technical deliverables on intricate international tax and intercompany arrangements.
Drive technology integration by using market-leading, AI-enabled solutions for service delivery and contributing to continuous tech development.
Proactively manage and expand existing client relationships, leading business development initiatives and competitive tenders to win new work.
Coach, mentor, and upskill junior team members, allocating resource effectively while overseeing project budgets and deadlines.

As a Transfer Pricing Manager you will:

Act as the key point of contact for senior client stakeholders, flexing your communication style to translate complex technical statutes into pragmatic, commercial solutions.
Partner with cross-functional multidisciplinary tax and transaction teams across a globally connected network spanning over 150 countries.
Identify risk areas across major engagements, performing effective technical reviews and knowing when to escalate key matters.
Contribute actively to practice development initiatives, including thought leadership, policy updates, and internal people programs.
