As a Financial Services International Tax Senior you will:

Support the successful delivery of complex tax advisory projects across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management.

Advise on the tax structuring aspects of major corporate M&A transactions, pre-merger reorganisations, and capital structure optimisations.

Help clients manage international tax risks and execute global strategies arising from legislative changes, including BEPS.

Provide technical advice on cross-border market expansions, structure rationalisation, and business model redesigns.

Support lobbying initiatives and technical negotiations with tax authorities in the UK and internationally.
As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a recognised professional qualification such as ACA, CA, CTA, ATT, or an equivalent legal qualification.

Possess proven experience working as a tax practitioner, including hands-on experience reviewing work completed by junior team members.

Demonstrate solid corporate or international tax advisory experience, with prior exposure to financial services clients being highly advantageous.
