Outsourcing Assistant Manager – Essex – Top 40 Firm

Are you an Outsourcing Specialist looking for a step up to a Top 40 firm?

A leading auditor of AIM listed clients, they also act for a wide range of OMBs in sectors including technology, financial services, property and hospitality.

Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

• Reviewing management accounts, primarily on Xero
• Bookkeeping, monitoring cashflow, and preparing VAT returns
• Assisting in setting up procedures for new companies and addressing client queries
• Liaising with clients and the outsourcing payroll team
• Overseeing a team of bookkeepers and VAT advisors

As an Outsourcing Assistant Manager, you will:

• Be AAT, ACA or ACCA Qualified, or equivalent
• Have over 4 years’ experience of preparing or reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
• Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
