With a deep focus on mid-market businesses as well as large, listed clients the firm offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of assignments in a collaborative and partner-led environment. They are recruiting for a Tax Dispute Resolution Manager in their Cambridge office!

Tax Dispute Resolution Manager responsibilities include:

Collaborating on both large and small projects with your team
Supporting Partners, Directors and Associate Directors in managing tax disputes
Drafting formal correspondence to progress HMRC enquiries and disclosures
Producing technical research by using the relevant legislation and guidance issued by tax authorities
Interacting with HMRC to bring disputes to a resolution for our clients

As a Tax Dispute Resolution Manager, you will be/have:

ACA or CTA Qualified
Over 5 years’ in working in Tax Disputes
Managing a portfolio including investigations, disclosures, and tax calculations, taking responsibility for more complex tax disclosure cases
Producing letters and reports to HMRC, negotiating as appropriate
Liaising directly with clients ensuring timely provision of information
