Responsibilities

Manage a client portfolio with a high level of client responsibility, serving as the main contact point.
Oversee your team's client portfolios and drive workflow planning across the team.
Deliver revenue and profitability targets while maintaining top-quality advisory standards.
Foster enduring client relationships and identify group-wide business development opportunities.
Provide proactive client support to streamline Partner involvement in day-to-day matters.
Work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver high-quality technical advice.
Inspire, coach, and mentor junior staff to support team progression and growth.

As an Accounts Manager you will:

Hold a full professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
Possess proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio within public practice.
Demonstrate expertise in workflow management and supervising/mentoring junior colleagues.
Deliver exceptional client service across a variety of business sectors.
