As a Funds Tax Senior you will:

Deliver specialist partnership advisory work, UK fund reporting, and complex deal and fund structuring projects for prominent UK and international private equity houses.

Collaborate directly with the Private Client Services team to advise principals of private equity firms on both their personal tax compliance and advisory affairs.

Manage cross-border tax advisory projects, drawing on global tax concepts to navigate multi-jurisdictional tax implications.

Engage directly with key clients and intermediaries to build strong professional networks and support business development initiatives.
As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a recognised professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA, ICAS, or ACCA.

Possess a strong financial services audit background with a desire to transition into a specialist tax career.

Demonstrate strong creative and pragmatic problem-solving capabilities to address complex advisory scenarios.
