Responsibilities

Manage resources to provide technical and excellent client service delivery during planning and completion of audits.
Plan, control, and review client work to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively by allocating available resources.
Oversee and review work completed by more junior members of the audit team.
Identify opportunities for additional services that the company can provide to existing clients.
Identify and target new clients through networking, marketing, and client referrals.
Participate in department work planning and conduct appraisals, directly guiding more junior team members on technical and day-to-day matters.

As an Audit Senior Manager you will:

Bring strong experience of working within practice with essential exposure to client service and delivery.
Hold an accountancy qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
Operate within a managerial capacity already or aspire to do so as part of your career journey.
Benefit from mentorship by the senior management team for soft skills development, including client and staff management.
Receive personal coaching tailored to your individual aspirations, plotting your route to Director and Partner.
