As a Business Advisory Manager, you will:

Plan and manage the timely and profitable completion of a diverse portfolio of client work, including year-end accounts, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Review the work of assistants and seniors, providing constructive feedback and coaching to foster team growth and technical development.
Engage and consult actively with specialist teams across corporate tax, personal tax, and VAT to coordinate high-value advisory projects and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Oversee key portfolio management duties, including client onboarding, fee preparation, WIP monitoring, and debt management.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a professional qualification such as ICAS, ACCA, or a recognised equivalent.
Demonstrate relevant experience in public practice managing or reviewing accounts preparation and tax compliance workflows.
Possess strong proficiency in modern cloud accounting systems, tax software packages, and digital advisory tools.
