Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities

Lead the delivery of corporate tax services for a complex portfolio of clients, ensuring full compliance with UK tax regulations.
Oversee and manage ongoing tax advisory projects, researching complex technical issues to provide bespoke solutions for clients.
Manage a dedicated team of tax professionals, taking responsibility for workflow planning, technical development, and performance mentorship.
Actively contribute to business development by identifying new service opportunities and participating in client tenders and fee quotes.

As the successful candidate you will

Be CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience within a corporate tax environment.
Demonstrate a proven track record of managing a large client portfolio and reviewing complex corporation tax returns for large groups.
Have experience in leading and developing junior team members, including involvement in recruitment and workflow management.
Possess strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage WIP, billing, and pricing strategies effectively.
