Tax Senior Manager responsibilities
•   Oversee a high-performing team and manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and non-incorporated businesses.
•   Provide expert technical tax advice on complex and niche matters, acting as the primary strategic lead for high-level advisory engagements.
•   Drive business development and revenue generation by identifying commercial opportunities and leading pitches to promote the Tax Service Line.
•   Champion staff development and talent management, creating bespoke development plans and mentoring junior team members through their professional qualifications.

As the successful candidate you will
•   Be CTA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience in a personal or private client tax environment.
•   Possess a proven track record of strategic leadership, with the ability to manage team performance and oversee financial KPIs such as WIP and fee revenues.
•   Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a commercial mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities across the client base.
•   Have a strong commitment to delivering top-quality service, with the technical depth to support leaders and staff on complex tax legislation.
