Tax Senior Manager responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex tax planning strategies for a high-value portfolio, including restructuring, acquisitions, developments, and disposals.
Act as a trusted advisor to UHNWs, HNWIs, and family-owned SMEs, providing holistic advice on UK Land and Property Tax and VAT matters.
Drive business development by leveraging professional connections with lawyers and wealth managers to expand the firm’s Property Tax offering.
Mentor and develop junior team members, overseeing their technical growth and conducting performance appraisals to foster a high-performing team culture.

As the successful candidate you will

Be CTA qualified with extensive post-qualified experience in a dedicated tax advisory role.
Possess a proven track record of managing a complex tax portfolio and implementing strategic property tax planning.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and manage portfolio profitability.
Have experience in building and maintaining influential relationships with third-party professional intermediaries.
