Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:
- Review corporate tax returns for technical risks and planning opportunities
- Assist with the provision of tax planning and advisory services, including tax due diligence projects
- Assist partners with corporate and OMB projects/consultancy work, resolving complex and varied issues
- Identify advisory opportunities from the firm’s corporate compliance work
- Draft technical material such as factsheets and articles
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:
- Be CTA qualified
- Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
- Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
- Have worked on advisory projects
- Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
