Private Client Tax Senior responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax and trust clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliance and proactive planning advice.
Take a lead role in complex tax advisory projects, working closely with Partners to provide bespoke solutions to high-net-worth individuals.
Review Self-Assessment tax returns and technical work prepared by junior team members, acting as a mentor to support their professional development.
Actively engage in business development and networking to identify new opportunities and maintain the firm’s strong market presence in Ipswich.

As the successful candidate you will

Be ATT or CTA qualified with significant experience in a private client tax role within a professional practice environment.
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients and meet consistent billing and recovery targets.
Possess strong technical knowledge of personal tax, trusts, and probate, with the ability to translate complex legislation into practical client advice.
Have experience in coaching or mentoring junior staff to ensure efficient team delivery and high standards of client service.
