Transactions Tax Director responsibilities include:

Acting as a key point of contact within the Firm for the client
Leading due diligence meetings with clients
Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients

As a Transactions Tax Director, you will be/have:

ACA or CTA qualified
Over 9 years’ Deals Tax Experience including
Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues
Expertise with client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries
Extensive experience Leading on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
Excellent staff management skills
